stuck at connecting to EA app Then crashing

When I Want to launch EA app then it is stuck at "connecting to EA app" (screenshot) And then it crashes

after I logged in once I couldn't get to the main screen. Now I joust can't get into the  login screen 

I tried:

Everything from uninstalling the app to accessing hidden files, nothing will get me off the "Connecting to the EA App" screen except for a sudden report that warns me of an unexpected error and gives me the option to relaunch the app. 

(I know I copied it but it is what I have done)

Sometimes it says background services crashed if I click restart the app it says again "connecting to the EA app"

Even when I get into the login window it is joust black 

please help I will appreciate it
