Summarize your bug This is the second time in 8 hours that my game has disappeared from my library.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Bug testing
What happens when the bug occurs? I literally cant do anything
What do you expect to see? What i paid for
How do I get a refund if this issue cannot be fixed? This is such a waste of my time and I should not be having to fill out forums and doing checklists because your multi million dollar company cant invest in QA.
Edit* And do be clear I reinstalled the launcher, Cleared the cache, and changed my password followed by logging in with both my Gmail and my EA account. I attempted every other email I use but since Google is requesting permissions they cannot be the accounts with the game on it, and this one is the only one I have linked to steam.
After I bought the game it took an hour after I bought it to show up in my collection so I even have 2 hours in game time. Silly me for closing the game though.
