"Technical Difficulties" Preventing Log-In

For the past week or two, every time I try to log into the EA app I get an error message of "We're sorry, but we're having some technical difficulties. Please try again later."

I tried posting about it on the forum last week but had the same issue logging in on the webpage - luckily now I can sign onto EA but I'm still unable to access the app or my games. It feels like there's an issue with the app every 2 months where I can't play my games AT ALL, feels like I'm not getting my money's worth.

Anyone know what the issue could be? Is it the app or my account?

    Thanks Darko, I looked at some old posts from 2018 that had a similiar issue on Origin. It's because I had my VPN on that the issue was persisting - silly me forgot how greedy EA is haha. Thanks for the help though!

    Hi Darko, thanks for the reply. I haven't tried troubleshooting but I know that my network is fine. Is there a way to troubleshoot the launcher itself? I've uninstalled and re-installed the app but the issue is still persisting. Haven't had this specific issue before so unsure of what steps need to be taken.
