The account was denied security support and the email cannot be changed.

my account email can not be changed for 4-5 months since last update . when i contact EA support team they said it can not be changed for security reasons and wait for sometime . i can still login to account and play games but can not get support or change email . i have access to recovery email and account registration email but support is still limited to help even though i contacted about account hacked . is anyone in the same situation as me and tell me how to solve or how long to wait ?

  • i logged into EA and tried to change my email but got a "recently changed" message and when i contacted support i didnt get the help i needed, it seems my account has been restricted from changing email and i dont know how long i should wait

    To help keep your EA Account secure, we limit how often you can update your email address and EA ID.

    You can only update your email address and EA ID once every 30 days.

    You can change your email address back to an old one that was previously associated with your account without any restrictions.

    The last time I changed my recovery email was 5 months ago, and it seems EA has locked the ability to change my email and EA support has stopped helping me secure my account.
