Summarize your bug I just got the EA app after being notified that it's replaced Origin, and haven't been able to do a thing. First it launched but literally everything was grayed out - my profile, library, friends, the store, etc. I couldn't do ANYTHING. So I tried to reinstall it, and was then told it was already installed. So I said to launch it. I was then met with this message: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b). Click okay to close the app. If this is what the EA app is like, I want Origin back.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to launch the app after freshly installing it.
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing - because I can't get past the error that says the app won't even launch.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to be able to access the games I've spent hundreds of dollars on over the past 10+ years without some unfathomable issue.
