Hey @CosmicDust77 can you try installing the most up to date version of VC++ to see if it helps.

You can find the latest version on the Microsoft website: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

You need to install both of the following:

• vcredist_x86_vs2015 (for 32bit Windows version)
• vcredist_x64_vs2015 (for 64bit Windows version)

If you get the message that the files are already installed, select Repair instead. It is recommended to run the installer as administrator (right-click the file, select run as admin).

Hi, as I said in the post, I've already installed these and tried repairing them just to make sure, and I am still getting the error.

Can you install them from the link I shared above and ensure you do both as adminstrator @CosmicDust77.

Just to check it again, I went ahead and redownloaded from the link, did both as adminstrator, repaired and restarted, and the game is still not launching.

One thing I have noticed is that it doesn't always give the error, most of the time it just closes and reopens the ea launcher without any message.

It found corrupted files and fixed them, but the issue persists and I still got the 0xc000007b error. I'll add another dxdiag for you just in case
