Also, if you had a VPN active before and recently turned it off, it may help to log out of the EA app, close it completely, and restart it before logging back in. This is because the app sets your session’s country at the moment of login, and in some cases, Windows may cache DNS routes that affect how the app connects.
Regarding the EA app Settings menu, where you mentioned that your region (Thailand, I assume) is missing when trying to select your EA app language, could you clarify what you mean?
Do you mean that the client was previously fully available in Thai and that the option disappeared after a recent update? Or are you trying to change your account or store region by adjusting the language setting in the client?
