The EA App crashes on startup.

The EA app won't launch on the MSI Claw 8 and keeps crashing. I've tried app recovery, reinstalling, restarting the PC, and a clean install, but nothing works.
Is there any solution? Please help!

    It might be resolved.
    After downloading and installing the latest graphics driver from here, it stopped crashing.  
    Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*
    https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html

    Even if the currently installed graphics driver is the latest version, please try reinstalling it.

    Hi there,

    I'm using MSI Claw A1M Ultra 7. Already repair, uninstall the ea app and the latest intel graphics driver, reinstall again. But it keeps crashing on my device. I have tried other alternative solution (restart device, install all the latest intel drivers and etc) but the ea app still not working on my device. Really need help for this issue as it has been going for quite some time.

    I contacted support again.
    They tried various things, but the issue wasn't resolved.
    Is it a bug?
    I hope a solution is provided soon.
