ea app not installing games

I have been trying to install Star Wars battlefront 2 for the past 2 days and it just won't install it says "preparing" I've tried clearing the cashe too and it has not worked. please help.

Hey melloyplayz1331 open the EA app and navigate to Help > App Recovery and Clear Cache. If that does not resolve the issue, you can uninstall and reinstall the EA app. Please make sure to use the default installation patch and add it to the exceptions in your antivirus and firewall.
