The EA app is crashing as it's opening

I'm sorry to hear that your EA app is crashing. Can you please tell us which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? Also, if possible, please share a DxDiag:
Windows updates, rebooting, soft reboots, redownloading the EA app, and even looking on the forums.
Also, here is a DXDiag sheet(although, can I ask what that does?)
Here is every EA app troubleshooting help form I looked at and tried to see if it worked.
