The EA app is saying I don't own my sims game even though I do
I went to go play my sims 4 game only for it to say I don't own it on my account. I only have 1 EA account and no one else uses my computer. I went to try and re download it to try and fix it, but it's not allowing me to download it either. I'm panicking because I really don't want to lose my saves.

Please try clearing the cache on the EA app following the steps here- once you've tried this, let me know if you're still unable to access or download The Sims on your account.
