The EA app isn't showing my games

The EA desktop app isn't showing some of my games, and if I navigate to them in the browser, it shows that I need to buy them again. If I navigate to the customer portal on the website it still shows...

    Hi @kylamorg11 

    Try clearing the cache for the EA app following the steps here, let me know if you're still not seeing any games in your library.

Hi,

I have the same issue. My games are not listed... Thought I see them in my profile.

I've tried the cache clearing and uninstalling (normaly and with Wise uninstaller to remove all traces) / reinstalling with no avail!! Please help on this issue
