The Frustration with EA Support and the Growing Hacker Problem in FUT Champions

EA Sports has long been at the forefront of sports gaming, but their customer support and security measures, especially for PC players, have been nothing short of disappointing. It is incredibly frustrating to see how EA Support consistently ignores players' concerns, failing to take action against the rampant hacking problem in FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) Champions. Every week, dedicated players grind through 15 matches in the hopes of achieving top ranks, yet due to hackers, many of us lose crucial games unfairly. Losing two or three games out of the 15 may seem insignificant, but for competitive players, it is the difference between Rank One and Rank Two rewards—rewards that require significant time and effort to earn.

One of the biggest issues with EA’s handling of hackers is the lack of an efficient reporting system. There is no dedicated page in the support section where players can submit tickets specifically for games lost due to hackers. EA should implement a system where players can upload video evidence of their matches, proving they were victims of hacking. If EA took even the smallest step in addressing this issue, they could drastically reduce the number of hackers and make FUT Champions a fair competition. A simple but effective solution would be to ban hackers once enough proof is submitted and compensate the affected players with the rewards they should have earned. This would not only make the game more enjoyable but also deter hackers from continuing their exploits.

However, rather than seeing any improvement, the situation has only worsened in recent months. The number of hackers in FUT Champions is increasing, and EA appears to be doing nothing to stop them. This negligence is unacceptable for a company that profits from the dedication and investment of its player base. PC players, in particular, have been left vulnerable with minimal protection, and it feels as if EA simply does not care. If they do not intend to address these concerns, they should at least be transparent and inform the players so that we can move on to games that actually prioritize fair play and player experience.

The lack of action from EA has left the community feeling abandoned and frustrated. If they want to maintain their loyal player base, they must step up and introduce proper anti-cheat measures, an effective reporting system, and immediate punishments for hackers. Until then, FUT Champions will remain a breeding ground for cheaters, robbing players of the fair competition they deserve.
