The EA app shows buy the game option when I have already bought the game

Question

I pre ordered the standard edition of fc25 yesterday(24 september) but when i open the ea app to pre load the game i'm faced with the option to buy it again and i'm unable to pre load it even when i see the mail that pre load is available
