The Game Doesn't Appear in My Library

I purchased the game on November 28, 2023, but as of December 10, 2023, I stopped playing the game and noticed that it was deleted from my library. I would be happy if you could help me with this.

    I'd recommend you contact the live support team so they can review your account and billing information a bit further to see what's going on with your game- here on AHQ, we don't have access to your specific account details to take a look.

Did you make this purchase directly through the EA app? Are you sure you're logging into the same EA account you had originally bought your game on?

    My Ea session has been open for 4-5 months. Last month, when there were discounts on Ea, I bought FIFA for 600 lira.
