The Sims 4 – Unsupported OS on Apple M4 Mac

Hello,

I’m using a brand new Apple Mac with an M4 chip and the latest macOS.

My system exceeds all The Sims 4 requirements.

However, in the EA App, The Sims 4 shows:

“Unsupported OS” / “Invalid platform”

Because of this, the game cannot be installed or launched.

The Sims 4 also fails to start via Steam with the same platform error.

This seems to be an EA App compatibility detection issue for Apple M4 Macs.

Could you please check my account or enable compatibility?
