Community ManagerHey @JohnCordent when you access your game library on the EA App do you see your games there or is it empty?

I can see all my games except Sims 4. When I view the Sims 4 expansion packs in the EA App Store, they show up as "in the collection". Only the base game and Collectors Edition content is missing.
Community ManagerIn that case @JohnCordent I would recommend using Origin for the time being.
As the EA App is still in beta you may see issues like this pop up from time to time.

I also purchased the Collector's Edition of the game upon release and it has always been marked as such in Origin. Now that I have been forced over to the EA App it is simply listed as The Sims 4. I appear to have all of the relevant content available to me but no longer have the status of owning the Collector's Edition. Can we get this back please?
