The Sims 4 Is not loading since the update on the 17.3.2026

I have tried to open my game and it won't load with or with-ought mods, I have tried repairing my game and re installing and it has not worked! has anyone come up with a solution yet for this problem or are we still waiting for another broken update? thousands of pounds spent on a game that won't even load up EA is a massive JOKE!!

    princessck02​  Does it help to remove the entire Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts?  If not, does your computer run Windows or macOS?  And do you get an error when trying to play?  If so, please post a screenshot of it.
