@03taco03 Open the Task Manager and close the EA App and the EABackgroundService, then try again.

Have you currently got the CAS demo installed? If so, please try the steps here and let me know if this works for you!

@EA_Solaire Hi, I don't think I followed the steps right is there another step-by-step process I can try to look at?

  If the CAS demo is currently installed, uninstalling it should work just fine as well 🙂
  
  Once you've done that, please run a repair on The Sims, and let me know how that looks!
