    @03taco03  Open the Task Manager and close the EA App and the EABackgroundService, then try again.

@EA_Solaire Ok so is it ok to delete the sims 4 CAS demo file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4 Create a Sim Demo
