The update for the sims will not unpause

Question

I am trying to update the game and it said I out of storage so I deleted plenty of things worth even more data than the game and the update for the game has remained paused. I did a full restart of the computer and hard drive and its the same, please help me I just want to play the sims.

@cjonch&nbsp; Try clearing the EA App's cache:

and restarting your computer again.
