The Witcher 3 DLCs do not download

I can't download The Witcher 3 DLCs.When I click on them, they grey out and do nothing.

I bought The Witcher 3 on Origin in 2016 and it worked. Now on a new PC, I've downloaded EA app and wanted to install the game but there were some errors saying I don't have access to the game and installing was stuck at 0%. Few case tickets later, something was changed in my account and the base game downloaded. Now trying to install DLCs, I'm clicking Manage > Manage add-ons and download all the extra stuff like digital map, voice-over pack etc. and it worked normally meaning it said it weighs so and so, should we proceed or sth like this and it downloaded and installed all of them. But when I click on the actual DLCs, the download button just greys out and do nothing.

What was done so far:

1. Apparently sth was done to my account again regarding those DLCs. Suppose it was sth similar to what was done with the base game because it was done after I said it worked with the base game (It's a different ticket, that's why I was explaining).

2. I cleared the cache using the EA App Recovery like a million times.

3. I've done sth what was called clean boot, where I opened msconfig and disabled all the non-microsoft services and removed all entries from startup. Then I restarted my PC, tried to run EA app, it said it will do manual update, the terminal opened and said it's already updated and it closed. The app didn't start. I re-enabled everything, run the app, which this time it opened, and the problem was still there.

Now, I was advised by the helpline to post it here as I'm supposedly the only one with the problem. And here we are. Super frustrating experience, going through all this. Please help.

    • I Have the same issue and have raised multiple requests with no solution.
    • Below is the forum Post I made almost 8 months ago, after trying to get a solution with the tickets for a while.
    • Steps the support staff did 
    • Said I do not own the DLC's.  I showed them the purchase receipt I had for the DLC's.
    • Asked me to reinstall EA App. Clear Cache, Just some generic steps.
    • When they could not solve it, asked my to post on Forum .

    The issue is that I have hours of gameplay that I cannot use because the DLC is not there. My only Option is to start the game from scratch again.

    Point to Highlight : A lot of people have this issue ( Search on google, multiple such posts on Reddit from the days when EA app used to be called Origin) 

    EA just doesn't want to solve this problem.
