the worst thing ever produced

i have spent so much time trying to get this launcher to work and it just wont, any game that i try to launch just wont.  I've talked to ea support, used their troubleshooting methods and it still is not usable,  I've been trying to make it work because i want to give their games a chance but at this point I'm about done, i give up i cant figure it out. its ridiculous that i have to put in this much effort just for it to not work
