Same thing is happening for me for C&C Yuri's Revenge, Renegades and Red Alert 1. I keep getting the "Are you sure you're using the latest version of the EA App" from the ticket support - it's garbage.

@IrishEvo8Notice how it has been nearly a week and no friggin answer from anyone from EA. Kinda makes you wonder huh? @EA where ya at?

@EA_Atic @EA_Illium Are you guys aware of these problems? Games not even downloading with EA App?
- 4 years ago@KamiDOTexe Yes - still having the same problem. Was even able to find the log file for trying to download my game, and I see the following error:

I feel like any software dev worth their salt could look into this issue if they were given the direction. I have submitted detailed tickets including this error and the full log using EA app, and all I get back is "Did you try downloading the latest version of EA Desktop? Have you tried contacting microsoft support?"
This issue seems to be popping up more than just us according to these forums - I just don't get why I can't get past level 1 support, and get someone who can actually help.- 4 years ago
"Offer not owned" makes it seem like my account no longer thinks I own the game - which should be such a simple fix.
