I've been stuck in a loop with tech support all day. First person told me to go into live chat and gave me instructions to do so, only I never get the option. So I reply to the email showing what happens as they had instructed me to do also, only to get met with an assistant asking for my details again and case info.
This is what I see when I tried to get into a live chat or try to get any assistance now.

So I finally got through to them, explained my logs (mine have the same issue as oodlz) and in the end was told they were gonna tell their team to look into it and I'd "be able to install my games soon"
It's the same response as last time, I've been robbed of a library of games by the publisher XD
