Please check if you have enough free disk space or choose a different installation folder in the settings. Make sure to add the EA app to your antivirus software's exceptions.
 Both the hard disk space is available and the antivirus is turned off, the firewall is turned off in the mobile software, and I can't log into my account in the FC 24 application

Closing the antivirus may not resolve this if some of the files have already been blocked. You can find more steps here in this article on our website:

SpoilerIf you keep having trouble after you add the EA app and your games as exceptions, disable or temporarily uninstall the anti-virus to help pin down the cause.Additionally, clear the cache data for EA app.
