Summarize your bug Can't able to download f1 23 (xbox gamepass)
How often does the bug occur? all the time
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to download the game
What happens when the bug occurs? it says preparing and stops and gives me an error saying "can't able to download"
What do you expect to see? to install and play
SOLUTION!!!!
Okayy! Its working for me now and this is what i did!!! (XBOX GAMEPASS)
Step 1 - open ea. play, in the right side bottom, click XBOX then select import friends and press account settings you'll be redirected to EA customer portal
Step 2 - unlink your Xbox account and relink it
step 3 - i don't know whether this step is necessary but i unlinked my epic games account
step 4 close the EA app and click install from xbox app ( In my case its f1 23)
This one works for me
