can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

Yesterday, I tried to run the Sims (I had been playing it just fine the day before) and it wouldn't load. I've run into this problem before so I tried to repair from the EA app.
After going through a bunch of the add-on packs, I got a "something went wrong" message when it tried to repair Parenthood. I cleared the EA app cache like it suggested and reopened and tried to repair again. But I got the same message. And when I looked into the add-ons it was showing that the Perfect Patio Stuff wasn't downloaded (even though I knew it was because I've used some of the stuff in my recent game).
After clearing cache and trying and failing to repair again, I decided to uninstall and re-download. I got the same "something went wrong" message on trying to re-download Parenthood. And also trying to re-download Perfect Patio Stuff.
So I uninstalled the Sims 4 game again and uninstalled the EA app. After reinstalling the EA app, I tried again to re-download the Sims 4 game and add-ons. Everything downloaded just fine except Parenthood and Perfect Patio Stuff.
I honestly have no idea where to go from here. I have no mods. Does anyone know anything that might have caused these two add-ons to break?
