can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

Summarize your bug Nothing works in the EA app.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to update or download any game, trying to clear cache, trying to error report from the app
What happens when the bug occurs? Download doesn't work
What do you expect to see? normal update
The EA app is completely broken. Won't update The Sims, won't clear cache, won't error report without throwing another error at me, and won't repair the game either.
I reinstalled it twice already and it didn't help.
