"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

Hi all,

I can't download the highschool years DLC.

I have 

- checked order status

- ran as administrator

- looked at background apps

- cleared my cache

- uninstalled and reinstalled both EA and games & other expansions

I have NEVER downloaded mods or CC so nothing conflicting there.

My internet connection is good.

It always says download error.
