"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hi so I’m downloading my sims game to my hard drive since I changed the location but it stopped and says something went wrong try again
