"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

At first I desided to play Sims 4, but EA app didn't see that i already had all game and packs.

So, I deleted whole game and tryed to install it again.

But EA app can't do this!

It is written "some problems, try later".

I cleaned cash, inistall EA app too.

Nothing happend!!!

I still can't dowload Sims 4.

P.S.: i can dowload other games from EA app, but not Sims 4!
