"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

had 2 dlcs that wasnt downloaded because the wife didnt want them in the game....last night for no reason they started to downloaded on their own.........1 downloaded fine but the horse ranch dlc is stuck on preparing, cant cancel or pause or load the game.....

how do i get this fixed???

        ran into another issue again where my games are downloaded but it’s not letting me play them. SO FRUSTRATING !!
