"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hi,

My Sims 4 uninstalled itself and since then I couldn't install them back. When I try to install my game it's always preparing and then error. I tried everything, I even downloaded my Windows system again. I need help, please.

I am having the exact same problem for two days now. The game won't download...
