"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

ran into another issue again where my games are downloaded but it’s not letting me play them. SO FRUSTRATING !!

Already wrote it in some other thread, but I will put it here too, in case anyone is following for more info:
I finally managed to talk to someone on the EA help chat and they've told me everything is ok with my account, and this is a known issue, raised by many players, and it was passed along to the proper team who is trying to solve it, which will take some time.
I guess we need to wait - after previous update of the game I had similar issues and similar answers from EA Help.. so we will see..
