"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

I can't download sims 4 from EA PLAY for pc  but it downloads other games without any problem. First it starts downloading and after a while it shows download error. Please help.
