I also finally managed to talk to someone on the EA help chat and they've told me everything is ok with my account, and this is a known issue, raised by many players, and it was passed along to the proper team who is trying to solve it, which will take some time.

I guess we need to wait - after previous update of the game I had similar issues and similar answers from EA Help..
