"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

@Yountsu and @TwinkiePL  Please post a screenshot of the error you get when trying to download the game.

I cannot take a screenshot right now, but it is the same situation as others had. I am trying to download the sims 4 and it's stuck on preparing to download. After about 5 minutes I have a notification, that something went wrong and I should wait few minutes and try again later. 

Last time it happened to me, I was able to deal with this problem by uninstalling EA app and sims in revo uinstaller but this time it doesn't work
