I was having issues playing the Sims 3 and was told by an EA customer service representative to uninstall the game and the app and reinstall them after restarting my computer. I was able to reinstall the EA app but now the Sims 3 is stuck on preparing along with "There's a problem with your download. Something went wrong during your download. Give us a few minutes, then try again." I've cleared the EA app cache multiple times and have re-downloaded the app multiple times. EA Help has been unable to help me. Can someone on here help me?
Oh wow... After a whole week of having this issue, finally today, I was able to download TS4 and all Packs. Fingers crossed for your patience guys.. you just need to wait it out I guess..
