can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

When i try to update Apex to the latest one, it keeps telling me that SOMETHING WENT WRONG. I tried to reinstall the app even have like 400GB free space on my SSD. I dont know what to do anymore :C. Pls help
Found this thread after getting the "download error, something went wrong error" trying to get a BF2042 update. Tried a few things, but everything just went to about 14% then errored. When I had a look at the folder privs on the install directory within Windows, I could not see anything with the "write" priv in there. Added in "Everyone" with full control and that has resolved the problem for me, I can now update the game. For the record, applying Everyone and Full Control, is NOT recommended, I only did it to troubleshoot and confirm that it was an issue with the EA App being able to download the update files to the install folder. In slow time I will go back and set the folder privs properly, but in the mean time at least it is working!
