"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

can i please get some help with my issues its almost 3 months now

On the EA app I've been trying to download the Backyard Stuff pack and Luxury Party Stuff, and it's not working

I've tried clearing the cache, restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling both the EA app and The Sims, and it still doesn't work, I have the space for it, but I've been having this problem for months
