"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Hi I am unable to download the Sims 4, Get Famous Expansion Pack. I have gone in my order history to check, and the order has been completed as well. Its paid from my side. I dont know the issue but please look into it. This is my hard earned money, and then its not even playable for years. I have attached all the receipts below. I have redownloaded the game, changed laptops, cleared cache, every possible solution on the internet so this is a problem from your end. Help me.

Hi there @aswbgul 

What happens when you try to install Get Famous, is the download getting stuck in 'preparing'?

    @EA_Solaire it starts preparing, then stops and says 'download error' followed by a pop up which says 'there was a problem with your download'

      @aswbgul Did you manage to solve it? I subscribed to Game Pass to play Jedi Survivor but I can't install any EA Play game, and to make matters worse, chat support says that my account doesn't have EA Play but i clearly has EA Play
