"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hello. I've been trying to download some kits that I just bought, but they keep showing an error message. I've already tried clearing the caches, signing out, and restarting my computer. I've also deleted extra files in case it was a disc space issue; it didn't work. I'm just wondering if anyone can give me a reason on why this is happening or tell me how to fix this issue.
