"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

Game is available for me to download via Game Pass on EA App. Once trying to download on any partition the app is stuck with "Preparing to download". After some time it just stops with error message "download error".

I have tried claring cache, reinstalling the app, running as admin, all the fixes I could find but nothing works.

Any other game works and downloads fine.
