"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

@EA_Solaire it starts preparing, then stops and says 'download error' followed by a pop up which says 'there was a problem with your download'

@aswbgul Did you manage to solve it? I subscribed to Game Pass to play Jedi Survivor but I can't install any EA Play game, and to make matters worse, chat support says that my account doesn't have EA Play but i clearly has EA Play
