"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hey everyone, We've noticed some of you are still running into the "There's a problem with your download" or "Something went wrong" error in the EA app while downloading or installing games or DLC...

@EA_Kent Could you help me like you helped others? I subscribed to Game Pass on PC to play Jedi Survivor on PC but I can't install any EA Play game, I contacted support via chat but none of them helped me, they just kept telling me to do several things repeatedly and it didn't solve my issue. problem. They even said that I don't have EA Play on my account but my Xbox account is linked to my EA account and as you can see in the print, the EA website itself shows that my account has EA Play.

@W0lfpl4yer its a xbox game pass issue if you pay for ea play by itself everything is working fine for me now after doing this.
