I am also experiencing this issue, I've been having this issue since 27/04/2019 with Strangeville. all DLC's that I've purchased prior and after this purchase have all downloaded with ease and played just fine. Strangeville on the other hand will not download! it is incredibly frustrating it constantly shows me "DOWNLOAD ERROR" I've tried clearing cache, I've restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no luck! I have read that apparently this issue is being worked on for Ea.com/Origin for pc gamers but its been 5 years that I've been having this issue.
This issue needs to be fixed immediately it is clear that I am not the only one with this issue but I've also noticed that I am one of the people that have struggled with this the longest.
