"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Hi I need some help with an expansion pack, for some reason the growing together expansion pack isn't working when I try to download it, it keeps saying there was an error and to try again later but its been happening ever since the map first came out and I bought it, I stopped playing sims 4 for a few weeks and when I got back into it the map still wouldn't download and the same thing happens again and again, is there any way to fix this?
