"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

Could you help me!! I’m kinda having a similar issue I bought some packs and downloaded them and it uninstalled 3 different packs that I bought awhile back when I try to download them back it will just say preparing go to 65 percent then say something went wrong with all three I have plenty of storage I have uninstalled reinstalled game I have repaired updated deleted all my mods and contacted EA about 1-2 weeks ago I reallyyyyy want my packs back I also got the packs on ea
