"There's a problem with your download"/"Something went wrong" EA app Error - '24

The game will begin the preparing process, jump around with the percentage, and then show an error message (Something went wrong. Try again later.).

This issue began with me being unable to install an update to the game. I cleared the app's cache multiple times, restarted the app, and restarted my computer, and nothing worked. I then read that sometimes you have to move your program files and uninstall and reinstall the game. I moved the files and uninstalled the game but now I am unable to install the game at all. I even tried uninstalling and redownloading the EA app and it still will not install. Please help me.
